About Winston/Roseburg, OR

This area is the convergence of the North and South Umpqua Rivers.  Roseburg is known as a Friend of our Veterans.  It hosts several major health care facilities, including the only VA hospital in Oregon outside of Portland.  In addition to health care there is tourism including several wineries, River activities, Wildlife Safari,  and the 7 Feathers Casino just 20 miles South.  There are other thriving employers, including Roseburg Lumber, operating at full capacity!

Growth

Over 500 new residences are slated to be built in the near future within 1 mile of the target property.  Directly across from the property is complex in the planning stages for approx. 100 multiuse residences. Another 300 plus single family homes are slated for the property immediately southwest, caddy corner to this location.  Also, a small tract and custom homes are under construction near the Abecela Winery, just 1.5 miles away.
