Our Redevelopment
Project
Part of our success has been seeing the potential...a vision of what can be instead of what exists. Our latest project is to bring a building built in 1900 up to current standards and breathe new life into a very historic location

The Brick District, Fulton, MO
Fulton has often been referred to as the center of America. In 1946 Winston Churchill delivered his famous Iron Curtain Speech at Westminster College. Since then, World Leaders and sitting Presidents have followed his lead, and have delivered many other speeches from this campus. The Winston Churchill Museum in Fulton is still a major tourist draw to the area. Just a few blocks away is their historic downtown, known as "The Brick District"
Fulton, a thriving community
Fulton is the seat of Callaway County, the largest county in Missouri. Besides the downtown area hosting both the city and county offices, it also has two higher education institutions....Westminster College and Willaim Woods University. On the outskirts of the city is the Missouri School for the Deaf, a State Hospital, and a prison. The only Nuclear Power Plant in MO is only 13 miles away. Add many thriving commercial and agricultural businesses and there is no lack of traffic travelling through the city.
