Par 4 Properties, LLC began as a family business in 2001 remodeling homes in Riverside County, CA, and has expanded to many facets.  We manage the properties we own, as well as assist with other family members that have branched off with additional investments, or our commercial investments.  Again, these are all fully owned operations by my family and our private investment partners...we are not real estate brokers or public property managers and we are not soliciting property management contracts.
