Par 4 Properties, LLC began in 2001 as a residential investment and management company in Southern California. Since then we have grown to investment up and down the west coast, and eventually entered commercial investment through our sister company, ABAR, LLC. Our current projects include residential management in Palm Desert and South Lake Tahoe, CA, Commercial ownership in Keller, Texas, a Dual use redevelopment project in Fulton, MO, and soon we look to begin Commercial development in Winston, OR.
We are a Real Estate ownership group, not agents or management. We started as a small family business, and are always looking at new opportunities. We utilize our investment portfolio and partners to purchase, redevelop and manage our own properties.
